Services Offered

AFI Credit Solutions is a licensed and certified credit counseling company head-quartered in California.  Since our inception almost fifteen years ago (Est. 2005), our approach has always been to be as straightforward, transparent, and consistent as possible with not only our clients, but our business partners as well.  With regard to our clients we work with, we attempt to engage with our clients on a long-term basis in order to make long-lasting improvements to their financial lives.

 

Non-Disclosure of Client Information

AFI Credit Solutions considers the privacy and protection of our clients’ confidential information of the highest regard.  AFI takes extensive internal steps to protect our clients’ information and we do not share or disclose any of our clients’ information to any person or entity outside of AFI Credit Solutions.

 

Licenses & Memberships –

• CBRE – AFI Credit Solutions is a Broker in good-standing with the California Bureau of Real Estate since 2005.  You may check the license status of AFI Credit Solutions with the CBRE HERE. (Lic.# 01882042).
• NACCC – AFI has been certified with the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors since 2006. You may check the license status of AFI Credit Solutions with the NACCC HERE (Member# 9353).
• Department of Justice – AFI Credit Solutions has also submitted its application to be licensed with the United States Department of Justice.  The status of that submitted certification application is currently pending.
• Consumer Financial Protection Bureau – In 2017, as part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was established.  AFI Credit Solutions has been a member in good-standing with the CFPB as of  May_2012____.

 

Pricing & Fee Structure Fully Disclosed IN WRITING

As aforementioned, AFI Credit Solutions believes in transparency and full-disclosure.  Therefore, AFI has NO HIDDEN FEES. So that our clients may make informed decisions, our pricing and fee structure is disclosed to our clients IN WRITING as part of our Client Service Agreement (CSA).  The CSA discloses any/all terms and conditions, up-front and as simple and clear as possible.

Services are Guaranteed

All services provided to the clients of AFI Credit Solutions are guaranteed in accordance with, both the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
