Anthony Lumpkin is the founder and CEO of AFI Credit Solutions Inc. Mr. Lumpkin, a professional in the real estate industry, started AFI Credit Solutions, Inc. in 2003. AFI provides clients with a professional and honest array of services in order to help them achieve the American dream of homeownership. Mr. Lumpkin saw that many clients could not qualify for the right loan because of their lack of knowledge when it came to their personal credit profile. AFI Credit Solutions, Inc. started as a simple concept; help clients understand what to do to qualify for the best loans on the market. Mr. Lumpkin and the AFI CreditSolutions, Inc. team has provided these services successfully to many satisfied clients.
Latifa Annasse
Executive Vice President
As the Executive Vice President Latifa Annasse provides strategic vision and guidance in the daily operations of AFI. With a background and more than a decade of experience as a Certified Computer Application Processor and office administrator she brings her extensive talents and knowledge to ensure that AFI operates efficiently. She is committed to helping AFI Clients get the credit they deserve.
Robert McKernan, Esq.
Chief Legal Counsel
Mr. McKernan is a licensed, practicing attorney in the State of California. He attended the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1971 with a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. McKernan was admitted to the Califormia State Bar in January, 1972. Prior to attending law school, Mr. McKernan attended and graduated from the University of Dayton in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. McKernan joined the U.S. Navy in 1964 serving aboard the USS Bon Homme Richard (CVA-31). He separated from the service in January of 1968 attaining the rank of Lieutenant.
After law school Mr. McKernan was in private practice for a number of years. After graduating from Pepperdine University in 1977 with a Masters degree in Business Administration, Mr. McKernan formed his own real estate development and construction company. For approximately fifteen years he developed and built office and industrial projects in the Riverside area. Among the projects he has developed and built are Iwoa Corporate Center. which included the IRS building, the Employment Development Department building, the Riverside County Sheriff building and the Department of Public Social Services building He further developed and built Hunter Park Office Plaza, which houses the DA Family Support Services department.
For the past ten years Mr. McKernan has been active in the mortgage lending and real estate brokerage arena. He has his own mortgage and real estate brokerage firm and he is also an owner of and the Broker of Record for Agela Financial, Inc. As an attorney, Mr. McKernan has become familiar with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the various consumer laws that can affect ones credit. He has further reviewed literally hundreds of clients credit reports and is aware of the credit reporting agencies practices and procedures.
Cornelius Butler

As CTO Mr. Butler is responsible for developing nad implementing the technologies that drive AFI Credit Solutions. With more than 26 years of technology experience, it is Mr. Butler’s responsibility to ensure that AFI remains on the cutting edge and utilizes the latest in technologies to best server it’s clients.
